Fluid soy lecithin
India
Available in Spain and Portugal
E-322: Fluid lecithin derived from soybeans. It is a natural emulsifier due to its high phospholipid content. It reduces the surface tension allowing milks, cocoa, proteins instantaneization. It reduces the chocolate viscosity for better homogenization and processability. In bakery applications it lubricates and binds the dough for better handling and it is used as an unmolding agent in baked products and sprays.
Available in conventional and organic quality.
Biscuits and bakery, chocolates, margarines, instant products, unmolding agents and emulsified sauces.
Deoiled soy lecithin
India
Available in Spain and Portugal
E-322: Deoiled lecithin derived from soybeans. It is a natural emulsifier due to its high phospholipid content. It reduces the surface tension allowing milks, cocoa, proteins instantaneization. In bakery applications it lubricates and binds the dough for better handling and it is also used as an unmolding agent in biscuits and sprays. Suitable for foams formations.

Soy lecithin granules
India
Available in Spain and Portugal
Phospholipid complex that is naturally present and extracted from NGM (non genetically modified) soya beans. It consists of free-from-dust homogeneous granules. It is suitable for nutritional supplements due to its high phosphatidylcholine content.
