Properties

E-503ii: Ammonium bicarbonate is a white crystalline solid, with different crystal particles sizes, which decomposes at 60ºC without leaving any residue. It is used as a high performance leavening agent in bakery and biscuits keeping the original product taste.
Available in different qualities (without anticaking agent and with several percentages of anticaking agents (E-504: magnesium carbonate)).
