E-322: Obtained from rapeseed (canola) seeds. Contains a higher proportion of omega-6 fatty acids. It is highly effective in stabilising emulsions, improves the texture and consistency of foods by making them smoother and more homogeneous, and acts as an antioxidant helping to extend shelf life. It reduces viscosity and facilitates the mixing of sauces and dressings.
