Cow milk

Skimmed milk powder is obtained from fresh skimmed, pasteurized and concentrated milk and subsequently dried by atomization or “spray drying”. It is commonly known as 1% milk, because its fat content is maximum 1%. It also contains at least 34% of dairy proteins in non-fat dry matter.
Depending on the pasteurization temperature, we will obtain low heat, medium heat, or high heat powders.It is commonly used as an alternative of fresh milk due to its easier storage and longer shelf life.
Available in different qualities (standard, instant, infant grade).

Whole milk powder is obtained from pasteurized and homogenized fresh milk, by spraying or “spray drying”. It is commonly known as 26% milk, because its fat content is at least 26%.

Roller quality available.

Lactose free milk powder, in addition to digestive health, allows a combination of an enrichment in proteins and a reduction of sugars in the same product, always with the natural milk flavour.
Available in skimmed and whole quality.

Infant grade skimmed milk powder is obtained from the highest-quality milk with a high nutritional value.
Available in different qualities, skimmed and whole.
